Before you Book

You will find useful tidbits of information here regarding booking, guidelines and policies.

Request to Book

To book a reading or healing session you may click the “Book a Reading” button on the site menu. Alternatively, you may book through my Instagram page. For group requests, parties and the like, please reach out to me directly via my Connect page or email me directly at:

I highly encourage you to read through the “A Reading & You" page (you can find this tab on the menu). This page prepares you for a reading, and will help you to understand how to make the most of a reading.

Prepare for a Reading

Prepare for Meditation and/or Healing

IMPORTANT: Before booking any sound healing, please ensure you go over the list of contraindications here.

For Sound Healing sessions: I encourage you to click here for more information regarding what to expect from sound healing.


Meditation and healing sessions are meant to empower you; to open up energy pathways and to help you find ways to clear your mind, to remove energy blockages, to attune your biofield, and to revitalize you by opening your nadis and chakras.


These services are different from readings (except maybe Spirit Sittings) in that they flow differently, and require you to follow instructions. It is possible and perfectly normal to experience a wide range of sensations, emotions and connect with loved ones who have crossed over.

Please note that I am not a doctor, therapist nor a nutritionist and these sessions do not replace diagnosis, or the need for medical attention by a medical professional should you require it.

I will also require that you bring a witness for these sessions unless the meditation/healing session is conducted online or with a group of people.

Prepare for a Bio-Well Scan

Please note that the Bio-Well is an energy assessment device and is not intended to diagnose or replace professional medical healthcare. Please see a healthcare professional if you have an urgent need to do so.

Furthermore, for the most accurate results, please adhere to the following:

-Ensure you have not eaten within 60-90 minutes of a Bio-Well Scan (digestion affects flow of energy)

-Washing your hands or using sanitizer affects your scan! Wait at least 15-minutes after cleaning your hands for a scan

-Try your best to ensure your nails are trimmed, long nails will obstruct your finger and you may have an inaccurate scan as a result. 

Please do not book a Bio-Well session if any of the following pertains to you:

-An intolerance of electrical current

-If you wear a pacemaker or any other electrical implant

-If you have damage or purulent skin lesions on your hands

-Diseases of the skin of hands (burns, frostbite, eczema etc).


I record all of my sessions with my clients. However, please note that sometimes for one reason or another, recordings do not work or are simply not possible. These days, if we are using Zoom (which we likely are), then I will be using Zoom to Record. If you do not wish to have your face recorded during your session, you can always turn off your camera.

One way or another, I do my best to give you a recording, or some form of follow-up information after a reading.

House calls & parties

All of my sessions can be conducted ant my place of business, online, or via phone (with the exception of any sound healing sessions). 

For parties, group sessions or conventions, I will discuss on a case-by-case basis; you can reach me at my e-mail address to make a request.

Please note: There are some areas I simply do not wish to travel to for safety reasons, or my own reasons. If I refuse to make a house call, please do not take offence. Your understanding is appreciated.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may come up that prevent you from keeping your appointment. However, I kindly ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients by following the cancellation and reschedule policy outlined below.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to someone else who may be waiting to schedule with me. If you fail to provide me with at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a 50% no-show fee.

Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a new appointment time that works for both of us. If you reschedule your appointment more than once, I may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. Depending on a few factors such as availability and scheduling, any reschedules within 24-hours of an appointment will be considered a cancellation as I only book sessions a maximum of two weeks out.

Fairness: I understand that unexpected events may occur that prevent you from keeping your appointment, and I will do my best to be understanding and accommodating in such situations. However, I also need to protect my business and livelihood, which is why I have implemented the above policies. I ask that you respect my time and my business by adhering to these policies. In return, I will do my best to provide you with high-quality service and be flexible when possible.
